Workshop Dates: Workshop dates and locations are subject to change.
Acceptance: Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PLS, all orders received by PLS are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any different or additional Terms and Conditions proposed by Buyer in its Purchase Order or otherwise are hereby rejected by PLS and shall not be incorporated into the agreement.
Attendee’s Responsibility: It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure that PLS receives payment for the workshop in advance.
Right To Replace: PLS reserves the right to replace your reserved space with another customer if the minimum partial payment or payment in full is not received thirty (30) calendar days prior to the workshop start date.
Payment Terms: Workshop fees are required by the start of any workshop. Attendees will not be admitted unless fees are received. Checks, Purchase Orders, Check Debits, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Cash, checks, or credit cards can be accepted at the workshop for purchase of books, tabs, indexes and other class and exam materials. For admission to a workshop, payment is due prior to the start of the workshop or thirty (30) days from the invoice date, whichever is sooner. Books, tabs, and indexes, taxes and shipping fees are payable in advance and NOT REFUNDABLE.
Return Policy: Books, tabs, and indexes, taxes and shipping fees are payable in advance and NOT REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policy: Workshop cancellations in writing received at least ten (10) business days prior to the workshop are fully refundable. After ten (10) business days prior to the workshop the tuition will NOT be refunded. “NO SHOWS” will be charged in full and NO refund given, however you September request a credit toward a future workshops of the same value. In that event, a $50.00 transfer fee will be charged and you must use the workshop credit within one (1) year of the cancellation or the workshop credit will expire. We strive to conduct all scheduled workshops. However, there September be times when insufficient registration numbers will require us to cancel or reschedule. PLS reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to inadequate workshop size, weather or illness. All students will be notified as early as possible should a workshop cancellation occur, and our liability will be limited to the return of the registration fees. Private training workshops can also be conducted at your facility. Books, tabs, and index purchases and shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Continuing Education Units: Continuing Education Units September be recognized by your professional board. Contact your board to find out what is required or call our State/Board Certification Administrator if you have any questions on approved workshops.
